Producer and artist photographer Leonid Padrul, together with director Ellina Kwitkovsky founded the production agency KWITKOWSKI ART in 2007. The main direction of the creative group is experimental cinema and photography. The result of many years of searching and experimenting was the creation in 2021 of a new direction in the art of cinema – polyphonic cinema. After five years of experiments, the world's first polyphonic film "Reflection" was created. The film was presented and screened at EPOS, the International Art Film Festival in 2022, Tel Aviv, Israel. Over the years of activity, more than fifteen short documentary, experimental, Art House films have been created.

2018 – Last Dybbuk; and The Air of Tel Aviv; participation in the Israeli Pavilion, Cannes Film Festival 2018 – Last Dybbuk; was screened at EPOS, the international art film festival. 2016 – Safed Spirits; was screened at EPOS – the international art film festival. 2007-2013 – more than fifty international photography exhibitions were presented in museums and galleries around the world in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 2020 – A new avant-garde current in art Orbitalism; was presented, Mitzpe Ramon 2015-2022 – Experimental photo-sculpture View of the Dead Sea; using a special technique called Fotomanere for a volume creation, which combines photography and sculpture (3D), was placed at the Jerusalem International Congress Center.
